By using Bebito you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Use of the app

Bebito is a free app distributed through the Apple App Store. You may use it on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) applies in addition to these terms.

Free to use

Bebito is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher — and able to enter into a binding contract to use the app.

Your data

All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the export tools and optional iCloud Backup in Settings. We cannot recover data lost from a reset, uninstall or device failure.

Not for medical use

The app is an informational tool, not a medical device. See the Medical Disclaimer for details.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection law; otherwise by the laws of the country where you reside. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santander, Spain, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
